it is always better to...

One of my students started "The Giving Club", a charitable group aiming at "giving back" to the community. He wanted me to help with the club but I'm already sponsoring the Model UN club, as well as coaching basketball. Don't want to put too much on the plate. Anyway, I thought the button was kinda dope and it got me thinking about all the things I give...

    sounds like you got some bright kids in your school. my school did not have a model U.N., nor did we have any club that did any good for anyone. they only served the people in the club.

    stew - i dont think my school had any of these types of clubs either. i was too busy chasing after the lil females to care about joining any clubs. lol

    i've been kinda looking at giving back more; but i also think i'm a speech therapist and i give at work.... cant i just be lazy afterwards?...lol... i kno i kno... it's not the same...

    Yes giving is very important. I need to start working on that more. I usta do it a lot, but now I'm kinda in a selfish faze...just wanna make me happy...hmph
